OK here goes I have a 97 ford f-350 7.3l spins over but will not fire off gp are 6 months old haven't been giving any problem can shoot it with carb cleaner fires and runs as long as your spraying no codes in the computer lift pump is filling bowl have not checked pressure port yet any other ideas greatly appreciated only thing that really bothers me is it did not start giving me any trouble til I blew a tail light bulb replaced bulb and then when I turned ignition switch on the tail come on too made no sense so please help
Here's a long shot but possible problem. Check your IDM and PCM for signs of corrosion. I had a no start issue last week. Mine just didn't want to start one morning. I took it to a shop to diagnose and they traced it to a bad PCM. It had water in it for some reason.

Does the wait to start light come on? I have a feeling you may have blown the pcm fuse possibly. Its a long shot but deff check that.
