6My 02 7.3 has started running rough (jerky) at all speeds when using the accelerator pedal but is fine on cruise control. Would this likely be the throttle position sensor on the pedal or could it be something else.

It could be either the TPS or IVS from the Pedal. Or, could as well be corroded connections or wiring problems.
Although, to be sure, you would need a Bi-Directional Scanner to monitor PID's while the event is occurring.
Otherwise, your just throwing a Dart in a crowded room hoping to hit the guy who can't kick your Butt.
Unplugg ypur icp. Its a cheap start. If it clears up, go buy a icp...standing in front of your truck looking at the engine, the icp will be on the right head to the front of it.
Like I said in my original post, the engine is smooth if the cruise control is engaged. If the ICP was bad, I think it would act up no matter how the speed is maintained.
