need help with rims

need help with rims
I'm looking to get new rims and tires for my 64 f250 I plan to lower it 3" I'm just unsure of what size rims to get. The smallest I can get are 16" wheels unsure of thickness I should get and tire size with a 3" drop anyone care to share what there running?

What look are you going after?
I like the aluminum turbines on a F250, but those are getting hard to find in nice condition.
I also like a narrow tire upfront since I don't have ps.
I see the choices as stock, later model F250 and aftermarket.
The oem is a classic look, the later F250 wheels look good as well and are wider, with aftermarket you can reduce the backspace to push the wheel out and go with a narrower tire, but still fill the wheel well.
