The topic of chapter leader came up in the GTG thread, so I thought I would start a discussion on the matter. I'm all for handing over the reigns to someone else that wants to take on the job.
As Dave mentioned before I am too busy to really give the chapter the attention it deserves.
So post up if you are interested in taking on the position and we'll get the chapter to put it to a vote.
It's not that I don't want it...it's finding the time. Not only do I stay busy with one of my other hobbies....I might be going back out of state for work soon. I haven't been happy for a couple of years where I'm working out of currently and some issues late last year just made things worse (the Feds have been watching/inspecting our operation for months). I don't think it's fair to take on the responsibility of something I won't be able attend the GTG as required by the guidelines. I'll support who ever is suckered...I mean elected to such a prominent position.
I know what you mean Zack I would love to do it again but with the way I work ...... not right now .. I think it would be great to have the Original Chapter Leader back in ,he is the one who did all the leg work ( so to speak ) to get this chapter started.
Like everyone else I have no idea where I would find time to give the chapter the attention it needs. Whoever decides to take the reins, good luck, I'll follow where you lead.

What about Mr Moderator? He sort of started this (in the other thread) and I figure it's only fair since he managed to drag my name into this at one point. I have nothing against Jim taking it back over...just wanted to hear what excuse Bronco Boy has.
