Just bought a 2000 Ex that the previous owner put 20 in 2012 King Ranch wheels on... As yall can imagine they rub front and back... Question is can I get spacers/adapters to fix this and will this effect my tow rating?

Yes you can
General consensus is no they don't.
Run a search and you'll find an insane amount of threads on this cuz all y'all new people can't see that big ol' search button or are new to the Internet forum thing.
WELCOME to the world of XXXs Bill:
I'm in the camp that would not recommend spacers on a 7000LB truck that already has weak wheel bearing issues. I tow a 20' utility trailer with 1/4" hub centric spacers keeping the wheel hub centric on the hub & a full nut to keep everything together. Discount Tire still gives me S*** every time I take it in for tire service. There has to be a reason they will not touch a vehicle using spacers.. The Backs should not be rubbing ??? As far as the fronts, I'd suggest you just drive straight instead
The rear wheels rub when the suspension flexes... On level ground there is about 1 inch of clearance but when the suspension travels it rubs the inside of the well... I'm not liking the idea of spacers either as all the tire shops and off road shops I have talked to are of the idea the tow rating will be effected by the new weak spot introduced by the spacers
