9th Gen bench-to-bucket conversion

I've got a 1995 single cab F250 and want to take the bench out for factory bucket seats. Is this a difficult job? Does it require drilling?

Any "95", or other year using the same floor pan, that has buckets installed will be a great donor. All the holes should already be there. Any of the Excursions should make a great donor also.
