5R110 Automatic Sluggish Acceleration

I have recently noticed that my 2004 6.0 with 220k miles is acting a bit sluggish on acceleration. The transmission is not slipping. I checked my fluid and it was normal (not full but within the normal range) and it did not seem at all dark, burnt, nor did it feel rough which is a sign of metal even though it has 25k miles on it as was the filter. Also my Tow/Haul light isn't flashing which indicates it hasn't thrown any codes and no weird noises. Trying to think what I should do here? Back in October it was quite lower than normal and I had the same symptoms and as soon as I topped it off it made everything 100% better. Should I possibly get a full flush with a new filter from the ford dealer? I also heard that the dealer can reset the computer to help with the rough shifting as they did that for me before. Is that a good place to start at least? Besides topping it off a little bit.

Any input on this appreciated. I don't know much on transmissions.

Thank You
