I have a 74 high boy and am in the process of installing a 78 dana 44 with disk brakes and want to put power steering on at the same time.
I am new to this site and found that there was a discussion a while back that talked about an article on how put power steering on an earlier vehicle that had power assist steering. Does anyone have a copy of the article or the link to the article that they can give me.
Welcome, and sure you can get some help on the conversion. Click on the Tech Articles over on the right side of this screen, and when you get to that index, roll WAY on down to 1999 and look for one called Converting Power Assist Steering to Integrated, or something to that effect by Vaughan McCabe. It gives a really good outline of what's involved and needed. Also, it would be worth your while to do a search in the 73-79 Forum for steering conversions because there have been lots of discussions since the article was written. I did my '74 hi-boy about 3 years ago, and it's well worth the effort!

Take a look at the thread I just posted, or look in my gallery. I am very happy with this conversion. Like you, I just got done putting disc brakes on also, I don't know how I ever got along without it.
