1. 1961 to 1998 F250's are 8 on 6 1/2.
2. 1999 and up are metric 8 on 170 MM
Dodge 61-09 are 8 on 1/2, but the center hub might be the wrong size? To small?
Chevy 65-09 are 8 on 6 1/2, but one again possible center hub size issues?
H1 and Humvee 88-09 are 8 on 6 1/2, but the H1 beadlock rims are way to deep set to work on the front of your truck, they will hit the tie rod ends.
H2 03-09 are 8 on 6 1/2 and you have to make the center hub hole a little bigger, I think?
I am sure we will get some more help on my guesses.
16's and 17's make for a wider selection of tires, off the shelf.

The database linked above specifies the hub bore diameter.
... I'm feeling kind of "Montana Highboy" with some of these threads lately. I'd better step away.
Thanks HiO, that is what I was looking for. I couldn't find it. 77&79F250 thank you.
The truck does have rims, just has the stock 16.5 wheels, it looks like a railroad truck with skinny rims and tires. The guy has aluminum rims he will throw in the deal, but they are 16.5 also. I would like a more common size, you can find more 17" tires than 16.5. Rum runner, those do look nice.
Get the 16.5 aluminium ones if they are free and do not be in a hurry to scrap the stock 16.5's either. There is a market for them, just have to find that right guy. It really depends on what the aluminium ones are? Slotted mags? $$$$
About any decent tire/wheel shop these days can get you some nice 16" or 17' rims. There are tons of options, have fun shopping, Summit racing, Jegs, your local off road shop?
