300 I6 Engine chirp

My '95 has been chirping on start up for a little while now and it sounds like the chirping is centered around my oil pump. I just put on a new belt and tensioner this summer so it should not be stressed already, the check engine light is not on, it quiets when I accelerate, and I change the oil every 3k miles. Any thoughts on the possible causes of the chirping?

From: South Central,MO

Get a squirt bottle with some water and squirt it on the belt. If it changes the chirp you will know where to start at.
