79 bronco carb tuning

I just bought a 79 bronco and the carb is one Im not frimilar with it has a chain that connects to throtal arm where are the idle screws for this and what is the chain control?

Sounds like a cruise control. Idle screw should be at the throttle linkage somewhere nearby. What kind of carb?
