Front bumper mud flaps

Does anyone know of any aftermarket mudflaps that would go in front of the front wheels to keep them from packing the front bumper with mud?

I've been playing around cutting up some old plastic Mack flaps trying to get something to work. I just haven't been able to get it to fit this 2015 the way I want them yet.

Just wonding if I'm wasting my time or not.

Ford parts has a nice molded set of mud flaps. It's about $50 for each pair. They look pretty nice and of course fit well.

Frantz,

Do you happen to have a part number? The only one I can find on Ford Parts are your regular splash gaurds that mount behind the wheel on the fender. I want to be in front of the wheel between it and the bumper. Muddy dirt roads just pack it full of mud. Completely burries the bumper brackets and fog lights.

If there is a set on there like I want I am not finding them.

Can you give me some good direction?

Sorry I misread your request. I actually just put in an order for flaps today for a truck both front and rear but they go behind the wheel. Before I get them installed I'll see if by chance they line up that they could be swapped backwards for you.

Okay, so I can only play with them so much, but I think you would do well getting a pair of REAR molded mud flaps and mounting them reverse on the front bumper. The front have a mounting bracket area that would not work well, but the rear ones only have a little 90* tab that is close to an existing hole. I didn't take them out of the bags, but it looked like a pretty clean fit with minimal mods. If you go this route and it works let us know!

Frantz are you able to take a picture with a set held up to the truck?

Yeah I should be able to do that today. We are putting the mud flaps on this afternoon so they'll be out of the package. Standby!
