Antenna separation?
Has anybody else had their antenna base come apart? I lost the antenna off my 2014 250 SD while driving. When I looked at the base, the threaded part that the antenna gets screwed into was gone. It looks like the base is made up of a couple of pieces. A dealer’s tech had never seen anything like it.
Good news is that the service manager quickly authorized the warranty coverage and ordered the parts. I should be back together by mid-week.

Maybe I'd better take a closer look at mine - I lifted my wipers the other day while cleaning snow off the windshield. When I did the passenger side, the wiper hit the antenna and it sounded loose... I didn't think anything of it. I don't want to loose the antenna so I'll check it... thanks!!!
