4x4 won't turn

When I'm in 4 wheel drive my truck won't turn, but makes a grinding noise instead. Any idea what it is and what to do admit it

Okay thanks. Pretty sure they are, was just in there replacing the bearings and all that inside. Nothing appeared wrong.
