Anyone know what thickness of glass setting tape I need to put new vent glass into the frames?

I would just use urethane. The seal is better and it lasts longer.

Does that come I a caulking tube or squeeze tube. I am assuming I can get that at Lowe's or Home Depot?

NO! ....different stuff. You have to get "Primerless Urethane" at the auto parts store. The stuff at Lowe's and Home Depot is different. This stuff is just for mounting auto glass.

Just fill the channel 1/2 way then trim excess after it dries. Any problem centering glass in channel? Thanks for the help. I keep an eye on your impressive fleet.

I would use 3m window weld. It takes a while to cure but its tough as nails. They carry it at oreillys, and here...

Amazon.com: 3M 08609 Window-Weld Super Fast Urethane Black Cartridge - 10.5 fl oz.: Automotive Amazon.com: 3M 08609 Window-Weld Super Fast Urethane Black Cartridge - 10.5 fl oz.: Automotive

I have used the stuff to cast radiator and engine mounts in the past.
