Opinions on Cam selection
I am getting a 390 built for my 1966 F350/4spd. The shop has speced out a Edelbrock Performer cam lifter set. 236/236/108. I rerquested a 350 to 400 hp with max torque possible. I will have the edelbrock FE heads as well.

There's not enough info here to say. You have most of the cam specs, no compression ratio and no intake listed. But I'm going to guess that with that lobe separation torque will most likely suffer but it will sound good.
