2004 f150 with 4.6l. had to jump start this morning because it was -10. now the interior fan and Gage's and radio do not work. they all work fine for the first two seconds after starting and then go dead. before this happened, I noticed the lights would always be brighter for two seconds and then dimmed. I'm thinking there is a relay somewhere that got fried? the truck has an aftermarket remote start if that makes a difference.
I saw a post about Fuse 21 for an "accessory delay relay". Is Fuse 21 located inside the truck or outside? Where is the relay located?
Thanks all
I'm no expert on this but I do believe both of these are located in the passenger footwell. They should be located behind the kick panel on the right side of the passenger footwell. Take a look and see. Do you have an owners manual?
