Clutch pedal question

Yeah I searched, one guy asked the same exact question and no one answered it so here goes. 78 F250 4x4. Clutch pedal feels fine, clutch seems to work fine (engine stalls out when e-brake is on). Pedal won't return the last couple inches. Is this likely an issue with the return spring (i.e. weak or missing)? Not the best situation for me to crawl underneath it at the moment.

It could be a throw out bearing issue.. I had a similar problem when mine went south..

Also you should be able to see if the rod spring is missing from under the hood

Here you go, maybe this will help? Sounds like some clutch fingers springs might be broken? Hope its just a missing spring or an out of adjustment clutch.
