87 Bronco 2 EEC power relay

I need help finding the EEC POWER RELAY
Book said it was next to ecm in p/s kick panel can not find it

It should be in the fuse box under the hood where all the other relays are.

1st gen's don't have a fusebox under the hood that I'm aware of. What's worse, relays are scattered throughout the engine bay and inner dash. I believe that relay is on the passenger side inner fender beneath a black plastic cover. If I remember right there are a couple relays there. It will be the brown one. Same place the OBD-I system test ports are located. If not there let me know and I can pull out the manuals.
