89 Bronco 302 Temp Sensor

Temperature is not working. Want to start at sensor and work back. Where is the temp sensor? Does anyone have a circuit schematic?

Thank you in advance!

Thanks! My nephew got his Bronco running again and the gauge isn't working. He has been doing a lot of engine work so we figured we would start at the sensor. Thanks for the quick responses. I will follow-up on what he finds.

Thanks again!

He's got a rear anti-lock brake light on the lower right side of dashboard that is on. Does he need a code reader to pull a stored code or does anyone know why it might be on?

Thank you!

I have an AE but he is 5 hours away. He is going to get a local auto parts store to read them tomorrow.

Thank you! I will get back with any codes.

He replaced the temp sensor and the gauge is now functioning properly. Still waiting on codes for brake light!
