I have the Rancho 9000s and they are ok, three out of four adjuster ***** froze up within the first month (during the summer, not cold) and now all four are. Was debating between these and Bilsteins and went Rancho because of a buy three get one free promo. Wish I would have spent the extra for the Bilsteins! Just my experience, Good luck!

Yes, was told to ship defective shock back and once they get them, they will send out replacement. Can't be without my rig for that long!

You can drive without a shock on it. Just like driving with worn out shocks.
