I crawled under the truck and cleaned off the Axle Tag - now I just need to make sense of it...
VI 69 C ???
Also, has another sequence of numbers -
10 10 2 0E 11 ????
The Door Tag has D5 for the Axle Code?
The truck is a 90 F350 XLT Lariat - DRW
Any assistance would be much appreciated...

It looks like 4.10 gears. The bottom row starts with the gear ratio and the first number is usually hidden under the bolt. IE it should be 4 10 10 2 OE 11.
I don't remember my code exactly. If it was a limited slip, the first 4 digits would be 4L10. Double check, but I think you have open diff. I don't have my truck here to check, or I could verify that for you.
The stuff after the 4 10 is the month, day, year, shift kind of production stuff.
