what changs the figures?....the cam being hyd not solid? if so the what does it take to make it a solid?......new cam and lifters?....just lifters?.........as you can tell i know nothing about cams
Cams are designed for either solid or hydraulic lifters, so you have to change the cam and the lifters to switch the lifter type.
You really don't want solid lifters unless you need very high rpm (6K+) power, and you're willing to make valve lash adjustment a routine part of your maintenance procedure.
If you want more power than that Lunati cam can give, you should consider a different dual-pattern (hydraulic) cam with more lift on the exhaust valve.
