How do you adjust a steering wheel to straight?

How do you adjust a steering wheel to straight?
Just had an alignment by a franchise tire shop. Had to take it back three times to get it right/ Third time was to a different location and the guy appeared to more than the previous one. He said the alignment was within factory specs but that the it needed a camber/caster sleeve/bushing in order to make any further adjustments because the factory sleeve/bushing did not allow for any further adjustment.
The truck steers pretty straight (roads are so bad here in So Cal, sometimes its hard to find a good section!). However, the steering wheel is turned slightly right about 10 degrees when traveling straight.
Is there a way to adjust the steering wheel to make it straight? It's not real bad, but it would be nice to be as close as possible to dead straight.
Thanks

Adjusting the steering wheel to center is accomplished by adjusting the tie rod sleeves.... It would best best if you took it back to the shop and have them do it to be sure the toe-in is correct. That should have been part of the alignment procedure, I'm guessing someone just got in a hurry and didn't bother double checking it, I wonder if that is all they missed.....

don't this irritate me to no end!!!
i don't need to take my vehicles in for too many things.safety inspections and line ups are pretty much it.
every time i don't mention that i strongly prefer to have my wheel straight because the blinkers don't cancel correctly and it's just irritating in general, they'll forget it every time and it doesn't matter where i go.even still more times than not,iv got to return and have them straighten it and no.im not being picky.i don't need it perfect but so far off that you need to hold your blinker on and looks totally goofy no one should put up with.
go right back in.i won't even leave the lot anymore.i'll just go right back inside and say, sorry.the wheels off.the job isn't done yet.remember your paying full price to have it done properly.lining up the steering wheel is part of what you already payed for.

It steers pretty straight... Again, roads are not the best and most roads seem to be angled at a bit anyway.
He checked everything...camber, caster, toe, etc. it steers pretty straight. The wheel is slightly turned to right when driving straight. He said it appeared all straight when he drove it. It's 50 miles one way to this place. Alignment was part of the deal for the 4 new tires I purchased.
Wax thinking of straightening wheel myself. How can I do this without affecting alignment??

I think he has a 2wd f350 which you would need to lengthen the right tie rod
and shorten the left. On a 4x you set the total toe on the right sleeve then
center the wheel with the sleeve at the Pittman arm

That adjusts the toe and the wheel center all at the same time
