climate control

My wife's 08 mountaineers heater has stopped working on every setting but high it has the dual climate control with rear heat and ac I've heard there's a control module behind the glove box. Is this true and how hard is it to replace? Any help is appreciated

If the high speed blower is the only one that works, that's typically due to a bad blower motor speed controller. On some years it is under the hood, on other years it's behind the glove box. I'll have to check the service manual tonight or this weekend (depends on how sick everyone is at my house).

Well, my service manual is not working correctly on my new computer so I'm not able to pull up the information explaining where the blower motor speed control is.
