anti sieze

Can u put to much on a plug ? I changed my plugs 02 harley f150 ran good for a week now it is missing at highway speeds . I covered all threads on the motorcraft SP 471s careful not to get on plug end but can it melt and foul plug ?

Some plugs are nickel plated and technically don't require anti-seize. So they say. I'd think just about anything would burn off quickly?

I guess I'll check into fuel filter since it runs fine under 50th mph
