too much subwoofer

in all seriousness sounds like your transmission isn't fully releasing. Same vibration in reverse as well when stopped or just drive? Could be 1st gear clutches are slipping as well vs cycling fluid on TC below stall.

Have my appointment for tomorrow just to have it checked out. However today when just trying to dig in a bit to see if it was a simple fix I had my wife hold it in drive while I evaluated inside the hood to see if there was anything I could notice with excessive vibration. I pressed with light but firm pressure on the transmission fluid dipstick and the resonance and noise went away. I believe my issue might be related to excessive vibration coming up through the tube for the dipstick.

Again I will post the final resolution if the service department can figure it out, but in the meantime was wondering if anyone else has tried pressing on the dipstick to see if it changed the situation for them.

The current fix was to loosen up and adjust the transmission dipstick brackets evenly. I assume there are two as the technician said "both". If I never post back to this thread again saying it didn't work, that was the solution
