Excursion Snorkel Kit
Does anyone know where I can get a snorkel kit for a 2000 v10 excursion?

This place is by far the cheapest and they let you customize the route/color/height you want:

Super Excursion Snorkels

Also a lift kit does about the same thing

Um, your link takes me to Lowes PVC fittings.

That was the gist of it The best thing you can do really is just lift it because if water is coming up close to your knees you should have a lot more than just a snorkel

Only the diesels need snorkels, the gassers will float w/o the heavier engine.
