seat change question

First post here still trying to figure this out. I have been looking at swapping my mid 90's bench out for buckets for cheap racing seats. I am now leaning towards corbeau or wedge bracket. Since I don't have the means to fabricate new ones. What I want to do is put two racing seats on the bracket and a middle jump seat console or a third racing seat so I can take Jr with me. Any of you guys that used the bracket know if there is enough room for a third seat. I am looking at either junk yard buckets or cheap jdm racing seats off amazon. It says they are 21 inches wide. What I would I prefer is ford or Chevy late model seats with built in seat belts. Thanks to anyone that may be able to help.

I was at the junkyard yesterday and noticed a f150 xlt, I think a '96 that had buckets in it, something from that era may fit easier.
