Did you use your springs or Super Duty springs?

If you do a shackle reversal you'll be thrilled in ride quality difference, I was.

I have it bent, welded and painted. I will get it put on and take some pics to post. It is 1.25" x .120 wall HREW tube.
My first time using my tube bender for something that needs to be perfect. I am very proud of it, it looks good. It has room for two 6" lights.

I will be making tube full length sliders soon.

I like it! mine is lifted way to high but plan on getting new springs and dropping in to 4". Nice to know my 37" will fit if your tires are fitting fine. Nice truck.

I'm in the process of setting up my F-150 with a similar set-up to yours Tony. I'm removing the rear block too and am going to run some 38.5" TSL-SX tires on 10" wheels with the help of some Bushwacker cut-out flares (no lift).
For now it's running 35" MTR-Kevlars w/o any lift, just a front bumper trimming like Ponykilr did.

I too am a believer in a Low Center of Gravity, especially for 4x4's. By running 38" tires I'm gaining over 4 inches of lift and it's all gained at the axle where you need it the most.

Sweet looking Ford Ponykilr the grey wheels and black bumper/grill go well with the white paint, not to mention the large tires filling out the wheel wells nicely...

Cheers D

I just realized I promised to post pics of the light bar in this thread.

It is made to bolt on, not a push bar, just a light bar although it is .120 wall HREW.

Looks good, I'm thinking about something like that. I have tube for sliders already too. Have too much stuff I already started to finish first.

What is your offset on your wheels? With my tires turned hard it rubs my springs. Im hoping we have the same offset, that way it will get fixed when I correct my suspension.

My wheels are 8.25 wide (inside beads) and 3.5 backspace. The tires do not rub the spring.

That makes me happy, mine are 17x9 with a 4.5" backspacing. Thanks for the input.
