Turn off truck and walk away. Lights normally turn off after a minute but won't turn off now unless I do it manually. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Don't have day time running lights on this truck. Thanks

Try un-hooking the battery ground cables from both batteries. Use a 18 AWG wire (or similar) from either battery ground wire to the negative post for a few minutes.
That drains all the capacitors. Hopefully, when you hook it back up, it will be okay.

Actually called a Body Control Module on 03 and later while they were setting up for the 6.0's.
They call it a Head Lamp/Body Module. Same principle, Just a different name. They also did away with the under hood distribution pannel in 03. The only separate modules were the Vehicle Security System Module (VSSM) and the Power Seat Module (DSM)
I understand people replace the circuit relays by soldering new ones in place.

This is one of the symptoms of a VSM on it's way out, Autolamp is controlled by the VSM. When mine went out I could reset it by pulling fuse #19 for a minute then putting it back. This would "fix" it for a week or so but eventually it got much worse, courtesy lights would stay on, radio would stay on, doors would lock and unlock while driving down the road. I finally bit the bullet and had the dealer program and install a new VSM, fixed everything.
Not saying it couldn't be something else, but at least if you pull fuse 19 for a minute and it fixes it that pretty much narrows it down to the VSM.
