Evening all, tomorrow is the day, and its been a long time a coming...finally joining the club! Updated sig says it all...deal is done, just need to ink the page and turn tires! Looking forward to updating with live pics...these are actual, but from the dealers site...whom has been amazing BTW, highly recommend Woodhouse Ford in Blaire Nebraska, terrific team!
My wife's expedition is a crimson type red too and it's really a nice color. I don't think I'll ever get anything other than black myself but these dark reds are nice.

Thanks ruschejj! To say I am excited would be a gross understatement...I'm working on a bourbon right now hoping it will help me sleep more than 2 hours tonight...so much anticipation. I really like the reds too, it was either red or black for this guy, had to be the pecan interior..really like that. Four years and 75k on the F150...time for a real truck. Should be smelling that leather and feeling that rumble by 10am!
Congrats on the truck she's pretty. It's good to hear you had a Good experience with Woodhouse. I've wondered if there is a benefit to buying from a large volume dealer to save money. I might have to check them out end of year when I'm truck shopping again. Did you compare prices locally? I bought my '12 from Shawnee Mission Ford it was a pretty decent experience. On my '13 I bought it from Anderson Ford in St. Joe which wasn't a great experience at all. Unfortunately they had the only truck in the area with the options I wanted. I thought about ordering my next one but a large dealer like Woodhouse will prob have what I want. And I'm not exactly sure if there is any benefit in ordering a truck if I find what I want. Is there any savings in ordering? Anyways enjoy that beauty they are sweet trucks.

Thanks so much for all of the kudos everyone! I've been looking at all of your beautiful trucks on this board for over 5 years, and it really feels good to be truly among you now...I may even do the Epic Door Seal Mod...just for posterity LOL
Hey Zack! I really did/am having a great time with the guys up there, they are an absolute machine. My salesman is Jeremy Nickerson (have to ask for him in Ford Sales when you call) and he's been extremely responsive, and professional throughout, terrific. I would classify Woodhouse in the top 1% of dealers in the US based on sales, and they are the second in terms of F-150 movement in the US if I am not mistaken (theres another big dealer in Van Nyes CA that has them by a few units). One of the biggest benefits of working with a really big guy like this is trade value, they're motivated to move inventory, and especially new, so if a trade needs to happen to make you buy a new truck, they'll make it happen. To your point, they buy a bunch of everything loaded and have a monster accessories department to fill in the gaps. We finished negotiating the deal on Thursday night, and Friday morning the accessories Manager called me and confirmed my B&W Turnover, and i also needed the up fitter switches installed...as they weren't from the factory for whatever reason....and they had everything done same day, thats pretty darn cool. In addition to all of this, in the event you were to order, a big dealer is going to have plenty of allocations, which I believe equates to a better spot in line at the Kentucky Truck Plant. I did look around KC quite a bit, Olathe had a truck almost every other week, but sold them fast, and I really like the guys down at Louisburg Ford, but they didn't have anything at the time. I bought by F-150 from Thoroughbred on Barry Road, was a great experience then, I didn't look at them this time. Woodhouse had the best price from what I saw, on both the new rig, and my trade (fair market value...tough to ask for more, they'll actually keep it and sell it rather than sending to the auction) Woodhouse had what I wanted, and ultimately we worked in terms of trade differential, which I'm a big fan of anyway. BTW I see you're in Bucyrus, we actually live in Spring Hill now (I need to update that) I bet I'll see you around!
Congrats on the pretty new truck! Prepare to deal with face cramps every day from smiling from ear to ear every time you drive it. BTW, we will all be happy to help you spend your money on accessories! Welcome to the 6.7 club.
