That's what I would like to know also. I would guess they either extended the crew cab ones or custom made the back piece. Hopefully someone here has done it and can give some ideas.

Custom autos by Tim makes a lot of these newer EXs and they all have the late model style rear door panels made to fit the EX's longer rear doors, don't know if they are available through him or not. Someone is making a number of them and they are doing a good job, they look good!
