truck wont start

truck wont start
When i want to start the truck dix nothing ans i dont know why

I have to tell you that i have change my tranny

Thanks for help ans sorry for my english

when i by pass the starter the truck start but not with key

The start circuit goes through the transmission selector switch.
The switch only allows cranking in Park or Neutral.
Recheck the plugup, look for any damage to the wires and the selector adjustment.
