1968 C-600 VIN/Data Plate decode

Didn't realize the pic was gonna be huge. If anyone owns one and has any info I greatly appreciate it.
I was also wondering why it has C611 as a model and C61 on the vin. Most I have seen on here decoded are just C600/C61.
It does have a tilt back with a winch.
