WATER IN TRANSMISSION

I have a 2002 Sports Trac 4X4 150,000 miles found out my transmission line leaking in the radiator. I didn't drive the truck just moved it to where I can work on it at home. Got new radiator installed flushed the cooling system everything good there. Checked the tranny fluid some water has gotten in the tranny by the cooler of the fluid. Now I know I have to flush the transmission but is it worth flushing or replacing the transmission. I know the cost factor between both options just trying to save some trouble if I could what are your thoughts.

Thanks for any info

If it was driven very little it MIGHT be salvageable with new fluid. Maybe.
