Hose sizes?

Hose sizes?
I would like to change EVERY hose on the truck when I do the EGR delete and such. Can't seem to find a kit that has heater hoses, coolant hoses, etc. I'd like to use hi temp silicone which I can probably find in bulk. What different ID and OD would I need to look for?

Heater hoses are 5/8 and 3/4 do not remember the main coolant hose.
Keep in mind the factory heater hose a quick disconnect. IIRC you can use regular hose &clamp but not much room be shure the clamp is behind the ridge on the nipple.
