No injector buzz when key is turned on?

I have a 2006 f250 that the injectors don’t buzz anymore when the key is turned on. This happened before and I re-soldered the FICM and it worked for about a year.I just sent the FICM out and had it repaired as it was only reading 30-32v KOEO.It now reads 49v KOEO and while cranking. But still, no injector buzz. While the FICM was out for repair, I also replaced the HPOP STC fitting, IPR valve, and cleaned the turbo.I have replaced the IDM relay and fuse and checked the FICM ground and connectors. The fuel bowl fills up fine with no bubbles, and the oil pressure gauge shows about half after cranking for a few seconds, still no start. There are no check engine codes and I do not have access to a computer, even the local ford dealership won’t touch a diesel down here.Any other Ideas or direction to start looking would be much appreciated.

Did they flash the FICM software when they did the repair? Different versions behave differently.

Is the truck a no-start? It may take quite a bit of cranking to get it fired back up after repairs to the high pressure oil system. What is ICP reading during cranking? You need 500+ psi to start.

One advantage of working with a large fleet is you can compare trucks of the same age; general mileage and know the history of the trucks.

Like most people I attributed this to the strategy difference but often I would test buzz 2 nearly identical trucks on the scanner and one would clearly hear buzz and the other hear nothing. Both with the same strategy and know it was the same cause I loaded them myself.

Sometimes I think one of them just may not feel like it. LOL
