4.6 Supercrew 4x4 is getting 12.5 mpg.....
For example, starting with a full tank, running north through the Pocono mountains about 70 miles one way at similar speeds it takes 1/8 to1/4 tank.
That's roughly 5 to 6 gallon out of 23 or 1/4 tank +/-.
At return the gage is usually at about 1/2.
If I run at a slow 55 and really pay attention to the foot use I can do the round trip and end up with a bit more than 1/2 tank left..
This is not scientific, but observation over many years traveling the same route over and over.
I would say your getting normal mileage for a 5500 lb+/- truck as I have the exact same one now at 225k+ miles.
The 4 most important items for mileage is the weight, the wind resistance of these truck, tire rolling resistance as referred to everything being stock including tire size and how you drive it..
Good luck.
