Power Mirrors
I have a 2000 Ford F-350, I can only adjust the mirrors (both) in one direction, (to the left only) the up and down movement works also.
Any help appreciated.

Since all directions but right work on both mirrors safe to say its most likely the switch is bad

Scaler is probably correct, the switch is the likely culprit. I replaced a bad switch on my Excursion with a Dorman replacement and solved the same problem you're having.

$12 on Rockauto, and less than five minutes to replace.

Had same problem on 03 F-250SD and Tom is correct. Switch fixed the problem and was cheap and easy. Just take a couple of minutes.
