power steering leaking

power steering leaking
Hi new to site hope someone can help. 92 f700 in line diesel has what looks a power steering pump that bolts up to the back of timing chain cover, when you fill both up with power steering oil it all leaks out into the engine none on the ground? Is there a seal out and if so anyone know what's it's called.
