I have had great luck with the Chevy 350(although not in production anymore). We have a 88 Blazer with 260000 on it and still runs like a champ.

I would probably still own a chevy, except for there cheap 4wd setup. You can't get manual hubs and I had too much trouble with their stupid system. But I need a big block(to take a phrase from GM) and couldn't find a 454 3/4 ton 4wd with manual hubs, so I bought my Ford. Now I just watch the bow-ties in the mirror.

If I had to drive something other than a Ford...I guess it would be one of the new Dodge 3500 Cummins 4-door 6-speeds.

I really liked the old "Binders", the International 1 tons, cab and chassis. But if I had to choose a newer model I would have to go with Dodge (just because of the Cummins).

Does an old Merc. truck count :-)

I've already owned jap scrap wouldn't do that...

If I couldn't cheat with a merc, and I had to get a different company all together I'd probably get...a peterbuilt? No seriously the Dodge 3500 is a NICE LOOKING truck. I don't know much about how they run/durability but they are the only truck that I like the looks of as much as a F350. (Looks are really close..love the big grill)

A late-'50s Dodge panel truck. 3rd choice would be a 55-59 Chev truck or panel.

If I didn't have my f150, I'd probably drive my Miata! Pick-up choice would probably be a Toyota Tundra if I could afford one lol.

A Mo-ped.

Actually, I considered a Dodge with the Cummins, so if it were not a Ford, that would be my second choice.

Hmm....If I had to drive something other than a Ford, it would probably be an old International Scout, early 70's Blazer(sorry to say), or a Subaru WRX.

I can't imagine. A horse?

No, wait, I've ridden a mule before. That is a decent animal. I'd take a mule.
