2007 5.4L Navigator Issue
Truck runs fine most of the time. Sometimes while waiting at a light or after putting it in park it will start shaking pretty bad. I don't notice any noises and CEL comes doesn't come on. Even less commonly when I'm cruising I'll get a blinking CEL and it seems to lose a little power. After taking my foot off the gas it goes away after a 10 seconds or so.
The plugs were replaces about 3,000 miles ago. Does it sound like a coil pack? Can a shop pinpoint which one it is?

I'm bought a single motorcraft COP replacement and I'm just going through replacing them one at a time. It's taking a while because the problem is so intermittent. I will report back when I find something out.
