obsolete ford makes some good replacement floor pans, They avertise that it fits 67- 72, but its almost a perfect match for 65's too.

I was wrong on my verbage, it is an exact match. They advertise the floor pans from 67 to 79, but all are the same from 65 to 79, hope this helps.
