94 Explorer knocking problem
Dirty cylinders: Try decarboning them (Seafoam, water, or other cleaner sucked in through the intake manifold. check around for more detailed instructions)
Other vacuum leak, or a hole in the intake tube downstream from the MAF. Also, tightening the intake manifold bolts won't fix a truly bad gasket. If you find that other fixes don't work, you may need to replace that gasket.
Dirty fuel injectors. I know you've tried every gas treatment made, but sometimes the best way to clean injectors is to remove them. This could be done while replacing an intake manifold gasket.
Spark knock is usually caused by the engine running a little lean, so anything that effects fuel/air mixture could contribute. Check O2 sensors and ECT sensor (causes to run lean if it's reading too hot). Also check fuel pressure. If the pressures too low, it will run lean.
