If you're after height tho, why not a 235/85r16?
Figure an 8.00x16 is equivalent to a 225/75r16. 8.25r16 should be pretty close to that size, and there are some all terrain 10ply tires out there, and mid terrain. But those probably wouldn't last too long pulling.
But damn if 19.5 stuff isn't pricey.
