These are a "cut into" for the lettering and such, not raised lettering like or stock badges, am I wrong?

2 things

Thing 1: I am using font size 5 way more than usual.

Thing 2: The badges are going to have the letters and the image cut INTO the badge. There is a 30% fee to have it reverse milled and 99% of us are wanting to keep this >$100 so DONE!

They wouldn't be dumb if someone (me) understood you in the beginning and was able to answer you correctly

I was misreading a few questions and after talking to Stewart we got a lot of things straightened out and it's way more on track.

No, that is not a border so much as it is trying to show a 3D (depth) aspect of the badge.
