Is this normal?
2000 Navigator 129k, been throwing lean codes, crankinging over but not starting in below zero temps. I had it in the shop and they replaced the mass air flow sensor and a vacuum elbow, and the lean codes went away but still not starting in below zero temps. I replaced the fuel filter today and it looked a little fishy. I'll post a picture. Is that green corrosion on the inlet side normal, or could it be the cause of my no start issue? I believe I'm dealing with a lack of fuel.

Well, it started this morning at -22F, so maybe the fuel filter was the problem. Looks like we are getting a warm up to the teens for a little bit here so I won't know for sure if it's good for a week or 2
