You'll have to modify your radiator shroud. Just take the shroud out and cut out the bottom of it some.
Most kits come with the steering extension.
The bumpers will stay in their current positions unless you raise them. I think there are brackets available for the 1992-1996 trucks. I had to make my own brackets on my 88.
I know that with 3" body lift the transfer case floor shifter plastic housing needs to be cut some for the shifter to go forward into 2wd. Not sure if you'll run into that with 2"
