Under Bed Fuel Cell
Hi, does anyone know where I could purchase a new fuel tank for a 1951 F1 that will install (custom or not) under the bed of this truck. Someone told me not to purchase an aluminum tank because of today's fuels. Any advice would help. Thanks. Mmalz6

Do a search for bed fuel tanks here. Many here have used Mustang fuel tank and there are probably others that will work as well. I installed a Jeep Comanche tank in mine (pictures on my Built thread).

I have no idea why an aluminum tank would be a bad idea.
Lots of places sell these tanks.

I got my '69 Mustang 20 gallon tank from Mustangs Unlimited,great customer service plus they have a tech line you can call if you have any problems. Hopefully it will be getting installed next week, good luck.L8R ZFLASH
